Programme:
Site clearance and excavation. No delay to programme.

Work Activity:

Mon
Site clearance continued from previous week. Removal of block paving in the central section between the existing dish drain commenced at top of Station Road.

Tues
Continued site clearance and block paving removal. 

Wed
Continued site clearance and block paving removal.

Thurs
Continued site clearance and block paving removal to the Litten Tree (between existing dish drain).

Fri
Continued block paving removal. Excavation to construction depth commenced from the top of Station Road down. The excavation is being conducted in 100mm deep strips at this initial stage.

Note: In order to avoid a delay due to concerns with the services locations,  the contractor will be excavating on Saturday 24th Jan 2009.

Next Weeks Programme:
Excavation of the middle section of the site to finished excavation depth and ACO drainage installation commenced.
