Week 9 – Phase 3 & 4 Works Week beginning 07^th November 2007

Colwyn Bay Streetscape Improvements – Greenfield Road

Phase 2 The tree guard has been fitted, this area is now complete.

Phase 4 The electrical connections have been completed this week as has the paving in the immediate area of the connections.

Phase 4 is now completed.

Phase 3 Phase 3 works have progressed well this week with the paving and all pointing being completed.

All Phases: The road surfacing took place overnight on Wednesday evening, the road markings have been started today (9^th November) and will be completed on Monday 12^th November..

All phases are now completed save for the installation of new lighting columns: the contractor is still waiting for delivery of the new units.

The contractor has already installed all necessary electrical connections and foundations in readiness for delivery – this is to minimize disturbance to the completed works at a later date.

The contractor has completed the scheme three weeks behind schedule
