Bay Housing
Today, Colwyn Bay is one of the largest towns in North Wales. In fact, if you include Rhos on Sea and Old Colwyn almost 35,000 people live in the Bay.
Much of Colwyn Bay’s town centre sprang up during Victorian times and many attractive red brick buildings still stand today, giving the town centre its distinctive character. Just outside the centre, some original town houses have been converted into residential flats or offices.
On the outskirts of the town are the large residential areas of Old Colwyn to the east and Colwyn Heights to the south, as well as neighbouring Rhos on Sea with many beach front properties and residential streets around the village centre.
Colwyn Bay offers a range of properties to buy, from brand new executive and older luxury homes, to more affordable town centre accommodation. Along with a range of private rented accommodation, Conwy County Borough Council housing and Housing Association accommodation.
