The Bay Life Initiative is all about making the Bay a better place to live for local people.
To do this we need to make sure there’s a good mix of high quality, affordable homes to buy and rent.
The new-and-improved Colwyn Bay needs to be an inclusive one. So, we’ll be joining forces with public and private housing providers, to make it easier for local people to buy good quality flats and houses.
There will be public initiatives like urban renewal projects integrated with private developments and we want to cut the amount of low quality rented accommodation in houses of multiple occupation and ensure that landlords maintain their houses properly and comply with regulations.
